Additional Sizing Notes: I've got long flat feet and typically a 12.5 shoe seems like it would do better than a 13 for me. Still, knowing that no shoe I buy fits perfectly, these boots fit well. I just have to lace them up tight.

High Quality

Pros: Quality construction, reinforcements in all the right places.
Cons: Doesn't come in half-sizes, but a good fit is important in a riding boot.

Pros: excellent dual purpose boot. provides very good protection and can be worn out as well
Cons: tough to break in. the stiff leather causing some minor chaffing. leather protector and softner helped out greatly

Good boot, more comfortable than expected

Pros: These are more comfortable (I wore them all day for about 5 days instead of my regular shoes and had no problems) and lighter than expected. They feel sturdy though, especially in the ankles.

Comments: Be sure to get long socks so that the boots aren't rubbing on skin b/c these will dig into your leg.
