Pros: Great cooling, it doesn't get any better than this: can be worn on 85+ days when moving. Comes with CE elbow and shoulder pads, leather is in the critical spots. Adjustable closures work perfect and the cuffs fit easily under my gauntlet gloves.
Cons: The armor seems to float a bit much, so that it doesn't feel like part of the jacket.

Additional Sizing Notes: The jacket fits me well, if a bit larger than I expected for a medium.
This is really a great summer jacket and can be worn from about 60 to 85 degree days. I wouldn't want to be stuck in traffic above 80 or below 60, but I can easily fit a fleece under my medium and I'm 5'9" 185.
