Okay till you can get something better |
By Chris H from College Station, Tx on 08/17/2008
Pros: Inexpensive and look nice. They keep your hands very cool in warm weather. 100+ degrees and i still wear these gloves because they breath terrifically. While they are new, they seem like they'd do a good job of keeping your hands damage free. But....
Cons: ... These should be TEMPORARY gloves only. They are not durable enough to be your everyday riding gloves. After less than 10 months of riding with these gloves, the ends of 3 of the fingers are busted out and the spandex on the sides of the fingers are ripped. The palms are still in decent shape (the only part that is), but if i were to go down, i'd get back up with bloody, ripped up fingers.
Sizing Info: Fits true to size
Additional Sizing Notes: Fingers are Short. Most gloves have fingers that are too long for me, but these are too short.
Comments: I'm happy with them considering what i paid, but you should only buy these if you can't afford something nicer right now. These will do a good job of keeping you safe until you can afford to buy... (Read the rest of this review)

Pros: They absolutely kill on looks. Plenty of comments, chicks dig 'em :p Leather palm has a nice feeling around the throttle, tactile feedback is great.
Cons: Maybe a little small, but that's just my sizing issue. The thumbs seem to be cramped as well, now that I put them back on. They aren't pre curved to fit easily around a handlebar. Which is too bad because I was hoping to have that "feature".
Sizing Info: Fits 1 size smaller
Additional Sizing Notes: I've only owned one pair of MC gloves before these, and I bought those as Mediums. They were a little small, so I thought larges would be *perfect*. Wrong. These gloves could be a little bigger. I'm 5'11" - 180 lbs. And I assume my hands are "normal sized"...and these gloves are just a little small on me. Judge from there.
Comments: I can type on my computer keyboard in these gloves...shows you how precise they are. They are also definately summer gloves. My hands ache when I get to work now because of the cold temps here... (Read the rest of this review)
