KBC Anti-Fog Faceshield for VR-3, VR-2 & Force Helmets

Pros: Better finish than the clear one that came with the helmet. Hasn't fogged yet.

Cons: Very see through. Not a "solid" mirror, more like a tint. Wish it blocked a little more light. But on the other hand it's a little easier to see in the evening.

Comments: Not a bad visor, but the way it attaches to the helmet is flimsy. Easily comes unattached, and the little plastic tabs do break easy so be careful!

Pros: Optically it's good. It's almost a hi-def shield.

Cons: Blue Mirroring is not mirrored. The shield is translucent. Kind of defeats the purpose of a mirrored shield. Worse, and totally unacceptable is that the shield fogs just as easily as normal shields. Even in 75f weather the shield fogs. It can't even be called fog resistant.

Comments: If you need an anti-fog faceshield for a VR-2 type KBC helmet, get the shields for the new VR-2R. They come with new baseplates to replace the ones on the VR-2 and the shields are truly anti-fog.

Pros: After being notified the item was on back order and given alternative options the shipment of item was extremely fast. This visor is better than the original clear that came with the helmet.

Sizing Info: Fits true to size

Additional Sizing Notes: Be careful when putting new visor onto helmet so as not to break the tabs.

Pros: Better than the stock shield.

Cons: If you want a visor thats dark enough to hide your face stay away from the mirror visors. They are as see through as the stock ones.

Pros: I like this faceshield because it is a light smoked shield with a mirror tint on the out side. This makes it a little eaiser at night to see if you get caught nightriding. I also like how you cant see through this visor but just a little bit. I hate people creeping in on you when you have the plain clear visor! lol

Cons: Like in the other review the plastic deals on the visor are easy to break off. I havent had one break yet, but i had a fulmer helmet and it was set up the same way and they broke off.
