It's a small upgrade, but well worth it. I always trusted K&N and figured that it won't hurt me here either. (I even have it in my work truck ford e-150 :) )
Difference I noticed was on the bottom end. Bike used to choke a bit before. Now it's smoother even before it fully warms up.
Again - can't go wrong with a little K&N :)

Pros: Great filter and easy to install. I can tell some difference in performance and fuel economy as well.

Pros: My bike can breath now! Improved throttle response with more HP. After putting my Two Bros Exhuast on, my bike seemed to choke sometimes because it couldn't get enough air. This fixed that little problem and improved the bike all the way around.
Cons: None! Buy one!
Comments: I have a Dynojet Power Commander ordered. I expect to see a huge gain between my ehaust system, K&N filter, and PC.
