Pros: Good, solid lock. Lighted key is great for when you've been riding at night. 2 spare keys are a nice back-up. Good all-in-one package including carrying case, and reminder cable.

Pros: Looks solid and will be a keeper if I can fit it under my back seat.

Cons: The lock is heavier and larger then expected.
