Cons: Mounting it by itself 30% of the usable space is compressed out of the bag against the passenger portion of the saddle.. Also, it's a real pain in the hips to throw my leg over the saddle with it mounted.
This bag takes the place of a second passenger on my KZ1000 and it's tall enough that it makes mounting the bike a pain, even being 6'2" with legs to match.
When it's attached to Nelson Rigg saddlebags instead of being mounted solo, you don't have to fight to get the extra space in the bag back. Overall, typical Nelson Rigg product, built to be totally bombproof and, with the showercap installed, totally waterproof as well.
You can spend more money but you'll have a tough time getting a better piece of luggage. Just keep the possibility of throwing your hip out of joint in mind. If it wasn't for the trouble mounting my bike with it mounted, I'd give it a five.

Great bag
By Sean from San Angelo, Tx
Pros: This bag fit everything I needed for my week long trip to Sturgis. I secured it to the back of my R6S and it never went anywhere, I went fast and low and it stayed in place.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
Comments: I would reccomend this to anyone. I fit everything I needed in there and had a great trip to Sturgis.
