Awesome Puig Double Bubble Dark Smoke Windscreen

Pros: Kneedraggers was the only company that had the dark smoke 06 windscreen for my FZ6 in stock. I had previously waited two months from another company and cancelled the order because I became tired of waiting. The dark smoke windscreen is AWESOME!!!!! It makes my blue(blue is the faster color) FZ6 look mean and nasty!!! My bike has made a transformation from Clark Kent to Superman. This is probably one of the easiest and best looking mods to install. To make this transaction even sweeter, the windscreen arrived a day earlier than KneeDraggers predicted. So glad I found Kneedraggers, now waiting on a pair of Icon boots to arrive. Thanks again Kneedraggers...Looking forward to doing business again!!!
Cons: The only con is that the windscreen is not a 100% perfect fit. The screen pulls the left, inside corner of the upper fairing slightly out if place where it is secured with screws. The profile of the Puig windscreen is not exactly like the profile of the factory screen. I also replaced the plastic factory screws with metal screws because the plastic screws strip way too easy. For you perfectionists, if a 98% fit won't suffice then don't even bother. But for those of you who realize that this is not a perfect world, purchase the windscreen you won't be disappointed. The windscreen is the best and cheapest "plastic surgery" you will ever do for your bike. For me, at 5' 5" it also deflects much more wind than the original windscreen.

Pros: I have the light smoke and it looks great. Its basically blacked out on the bottom half and lighter on the top half. The wind protection is much better than the stock screen. The stock screen seemed to pound me in the chest, this screen lifts the air up over my shoulders with very little turbulence.
Cons: Nothing major. The fit isn't the greatest but it works. Once in place and bolted down it is solid and looks good.
Comments: I also tried the taller yamaha windscreen before the Puig, The yamaha screen looked hideous and caused too much turbulence around my head. The Puig racing sceen looks much better and moves the air... (Read the rest of this review)
