Pros: VERY HIGH TENSILE STRENTH 8,800 LBS.THE RK GXW LINE IS THERE TOP OF THE LINE CHAIN.HIGH QUALITY FROM JAPAN,BONUS IS IT COMES WITH A RIVET MASTER LINK NOT SOME CHEAP CLIP ON LINK.WOULD YOU TRUST A CLIP ON LINK ON A 170+HP BIKE?

Cons: NONE,BESIDES TRYING TO LOCATE THE SILVER/GUNMETAL VERSION.THE GOLD IS TO BLINGY FOR ME.(IMO)

THE RK 520GXW OR ITS GB 520 GXW (GOLD VERSION) ARE BOTH EXCELLENT CHAINS.SERVICE LIFE IS GOOD,IF YOU CLEAN AND LUBE ON A REGULAR BASIS.I CONVERTED TO A 520 CHAIN ON MY 05 GSXR 1000,FROM THE HEAVY BOAT ANCHOR 530 CHAIN.YOU WILL FEEL THE DIFFERENCE,ESPECIALLY IF YOUR RUNNING LIGHTWEIGHT WHEELS OR EVEN YOUR STOCKERS.

Pros: A definite high performance chain and yes it does last. I 1st installed the RK XW in 2004 after the stock chain and boy did i notice the difference, a very strong well lubricated and reasonably quite chain.

Cons: Price is abit on the high side, but what do you expect from a chain like this.
