Pros: The quality of this sprocket is obvious. The splines fit well and the finish is top notch. I went 15/43 and love the gearing change.
Cons: NOTE: this sprocket is NOT the same thickness as the stock sprocket and must be shimmed to 1) align the center-line of the sprocket, and 2) bring the sprocket out far enough so that the washer touches the sprocket and not the countershaft. Do not rely on anyone in helping find shims. Its aftermarket so your on your own. I ended up at a transmission shop and dug through a box of thrust washers until I found what I needed. Do not run this sprocket loose or misaligned regardless of what someone tells you - it's not correct
