Pros: Super lightweight (lighter than the steel 15T front Renthal sprocket) and easy to install if you're comfortable taking off your back wheel, it's always good to re-pack your bearings too, even though they're "sealed" they can still use some love! The sprocket comes with a few Renthal stickers as well!
Cons: Not really about this particular product...but I think Renthal should make steel 520 conversion sprockets as well as the aluminum.
