Pros: Provided very good fork motion; smooth, consistent, and very precise. The forks are not as "sticky" as before, smooth down to the same point and back up at a precise rate. I am sure there are better (probably synthetic) fork oils out there but since I log a ton of miles I change the oil a few times a year so this is the oil for me.
