Pros: Item is as advertised

Cons: N/A

Just not happy with KD's..I wanted it shipped next day for the weekend and it did not show as "not in stock". When I called to see where it was they told me it would have to be ordered from somewhere else then sent after they receive it. I like KD's but they need to show when an item is out of stock. I paid $39.00 to have it next day air and now I have to wait a week longer. Not good customer support.

Pros: the system is easy to install

Cons: My blackjack phone see's the headset as a mono device and works fine as a handsfree but it won't play music with the MP3 player in the phone.

Pros: Sounds pretty good. Can listen to music.

Cons: Wasn't aware that passenger set cannot initiate phone calls. I thought it was just two of the same thing. My wife and I both ride so if she wanted to call me as she leaves work she couldn't because her unit can't. I don't remember reading this anywhere.

 intercom use

Pros: main unit works well for phone.

Cons: Does not work well for intercom.Have to yell to get intercom to turn on. Stick with wired for intercom.
