Pros: No neck chaffing, includes liner for wide range of outside temperatures, very comfy.
Cons: just one small one would be the length in the back, but since I ride a cruiser no big deal. Sport bike owners may want it longer but pros outweigh the cons.

OK keep in mind I am a first time rider and have only been riding street bikes for a little over 2 months. I live in Reno where the early summer days are hot and nights can get chilly. This jacket covers both. The liner helps keep me warm in the evening and taking it out, it has great ventilation during the day. Very sturdy construction, but forgiving with movement. I like the low neck design to prevent irritation on long rides. Liner is easy to get on and off. The jacket looks sharp!
