Pros: Never having owned a helmet before a friend recommended the Scorpion for safety and ventilation, which he says he has never had a problem with fogging, and he rides in all kinds of weather. I also wear glasses so the built in SpeedView sun glasses made the purchase a lot easier. I have had to use the SpeedView and had no problem closing or opening it while riding. I was riding on one of the hottest days we have had in New Jersey and the vent system worked great. I always kept the face shield closed while riding and my head never sweat. Even when doing slow speed practice in a hot parking lot with the face shield open I still never got hot in it. I bought the Apollo Silver and it looks a lot better in person than it does in the photo shown. I am very satisfied. I could have bought a better known brand for about a third less money (on clearance), but this one fit better and has a lot better features. And I think it looks better too. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Cons: The only thing I would like to see is a polarized SpeedView.

Additional Sizing Notes: They measured my head as Large, but I could not fit in any large helmet by any manufacturer. I bought an X-Large and it fits very well. Very snug and very comfortable.

Pros: Great helmet. only had a couple of days and already got a lot of comments about it. the flip down visor has got to be the best idea for a helmet ever. saves me from having to switch tinted visors at night. easy to use with the flip of your thumb. the pump up check pads are great. keeps the helmet from moving around on you if it's a little too small. the vents really bring in a lot of air and the "spoiler" on the back of the helmet works great for leaning forward on your bike; your neck doesn't get as tired as fast. this is my first scorpion helmet and i like it a lot. definitively worth the money i paid for it. try it, you might like it as much as i do.

Cons: the face/anti-fog vent in the front of the helmet opens out instead of up or down like most helmets. not a big deal, does take some getting use to at first, but it still brings in the cold air on those hot days and keeps your visor defogged on those colder days. not a lot of colors to choose from, but they still look good in person verses a pic over the net.
