Another facet of the legendary Shoei fit is the use of 4 shell sizes, and 5 sizes of EPS liners. The RF-1000 shell is of Shoei’s proprietary AIM + (Advanced Integrated Matrix Plus Multi-fiber Technology), which embeds ultra strong organic fibers into fiberglass.The result is a lightweight, yet strong, outer shell that is better able to absorb and disperse the force of an impact.

Pros: Great graphics, feels lightweight, no wind noise. It's a great buy, highly recommend it.

Pros: I really like this helmet. The graphics look great. Minimal wind noise, lightweight, and very comfortable as expected from a Shoei helmet. The faceshield can be detached and attached in a matter of seconds.
Cons: The only complaint I can think of is it looks a little bit big on your head. Just a little.

Fantastic!

Pros: -Light weight
-Good ventilation so far (only experienced up to 78*F)
-Great aerodynamics, much smoother and easier to turn head on highway vs. previous HJC
-Flawless visor! Only reason I know the visor is down is there's no wind in my face
-Nearly non-existent fog (with breath guard), ridden down to 40*F with no issues
-Excellent fit, holds my head perfectly with no pressure points or rubbing whatsoever.
-Looks amazing!
Cons: -Pricey (but well worth it IMO)
