Pros: Good quality (grade 12.9 bolts)...brackets seem very strong...installation was a breeze (took no more than 10-15 min)...but I have a lot of mechanical ability (auto tech). Fitment was very good

Cons: Only con is installation may be a bit difficult for an absolute novice with little to no knowledge about bikes (kit comes with no directions). Here's a tip though...on the right side it's not necessary to remove the whole fairing...just take off the top 4 or 5 quick bolts and you can bend the plastic down enough to squeeze the bracket and slider in place and bolt it in.
