Pros: extremely easy to install!!! took me like 2 min. replace bolts on upper engine mounts. ordered them at 1:00 and had them the next day!!!

Cons: new allen heads are a different size than stock bolts. sliders are plastic instead of aluminium so i dont know what they will do when i lay it over.
