Pros: Layed bike down as a result of making a left turn into an oil slick. Sliders (combined with bar ends..I bought the whole set) saved plastic and carbon fiber and mirror; not a scratch! Generator cover, gear shift lever and my ego took the remaining brunt of the damage. Worth the money!!!
Cons: Slider frame mounting bracket bent, have to buy whole new set, but still cheaper than buying plastic. Also had spool / sliders on swingarm, left one sheared completly off, mounting bracket and all.... Mount is molded part of swing arm. Won't be replacing that. Swing arm intact, but cant replace spool mount without replacing entire swingarm which costs approx $1200. In all, I got a "freebee" on the swingarm.

Pros: Very good fit and quality
Cons: I low-sided with these installed and ground a hole in the right case. Sliders on the motor mount might have prevented that.

Good frame sliders!!

Pros: Awesome - easy to install (~30 minutes) and these are high quality.
Cons: These are on brackets however, they are about as 99% as effective as the ones that bolt into the frame (according to several articles and forums I have read).
