Easy to install and looks good on my FZ6

By Brian from Saint louis, MO

Pros: Lightweight, solid build, comes with bolts that don't need to be modified. Never tested, hope I never have to.

Cons: None.

These are super simple to install. All you need is a torque wrench and a hex socket, I believe 8mm. Your (FZ6) engine bolts are torqued to 40 lbs and that is exactly what you will need to for these. There is a short and long side, check out the FZ6 forums for detailed pictures.

 Easy and a great investment

By Beth from St Louis, MO

Pros: Added protection for my bike, with minimal effort or cost--why not?

Cons: None so far, and hopefully I won't need to test them out!

Comments: These frame sliders are well made, and cost much less than the repair bill that they help to avoid.

 Must have protection

By Ed from York, PA

Pros: These are good to have for any unfortunate mishaps. Easy to install. They look sharp too, the black color matches the black engine of my FZ6.

Cons: none for now

Comments: Good to have just in case. The sliders are 2 different lengths. The longer one goes on the left (mount/dismount) side. Shorter one on the oil fill side.

 Good product for the money

By Brett from Springfield, MO

Pros: Very easy installation. Good product for the money.

Cons: None at this time.

Comments: I wish I had them on before I laid my bike down last year, could have saved me a lot of money.
