Sidi Champion Air Boots
Average Customer Rating: 5.0 out of 5 (based on 4 ratings)
Part of Sidi's warm weather collection, the Champion Air, will keep your dogs cool and fresh during the hottest days. The Champion Air is a mid-height boot fully constructed of a combination of Teflon coated Lorica and breathable mesh panels. Teflon acts as an invisible protection barrier against water and road grime, which, when combined with Lorica, offers far longer boot life than leather boots, which stiffen and degrade over time.
The Champion Air features a full-length inner liner system with a large hook and loop outer cover over the zippered entry area of the boot. Internally you will find a comfortable thousand-air cell memory foam padded front shin area and full internal heel and toe protection panels all built upon Sidi's exclusive nylon innersole, which has a removable arch support.
Externally the rider will note that Sidi has included a double layer of material over the toe shift area, a low profile contoured sole and a pleated rear calve area for maximum comfort. Combine with Sidi CoolMax or Xstatic socks for best results.

Good Boots, little note for you half sizers |
By Jay G from Reno NV on 05/13/2008
Pros: Fast to get in and out of, high quality zipper, leather, sole, etc. Fleziible too.
Cons: Wish Zipper was on inside but not a big deal.
Sizing Info: Fits true to size
Additional Sizing Notes: If you are a 10 1/2 the size 45 (US 11) will be good for you but a little big, not in length however so adding a thin insole made them perfect for me and very comfortable. Now I can put on a thicker sock and take the added insole out in the spring and still ride with these great boots.

Sidi Chapion Air - good boots |
By 2008FJR from Virginia, USA on 04/21/2008
Pros: Very comfortable, even off the bike. Easy to get on and off. No issues with the zipper like I have read in other comments. Extremely light (low weitght) boots.
Cons: The upper part of the boot feels loose to me. I guess I'm used to wearing boots that "hug" your shins. The boots are for mild weather. I'll wear a winter pair for colder weather.
Sizing Info: Fits true to size
Additional Sizing Notes: I wear a 10.5 but Sidi only offered an 11 (45) - so they are a tad large but not uncomfortable. Fits good with thicker socks.
Comments: Overall a great boot.
