Pros: Weight, or lack thereof! This helmet is extremely light compared to my HJC or Shoei. When I first picked up the box from the post office I didn't even think there was a helmet in there. Also, the grafics on the skullz model looks great in person too, its an eye catcher. Its DOT and ECE approved which I needed for riding in Europe. I like that it also came with standard and tinted facesheilds. All of the matireals look/feel great, there's alot of quality packed into this $125 helmet.
Cons: As others have mentioned, the Facesheild... I don't really mind the small thunmb notch on the left side, but it will not shut all of the way when closing using just the thumb notch. It will close to the second to last click, then you have to give it a push from the center of the facesheild to get it to close to the last click. I think its because the facesheild matireal is a little too flexable which allows it to twist a bit too much when closing useing the left side thumb notch. Hopefully SparX will someday change or upgrade the facesheild to fix this little problem.

Additional Sizing Notes: I'm still in the break-in period, but the helmet fits good so far. The cheeks are a little snug, but I'm sure they'll losen up with time.
All and all its a great hemlet, I would definatly recommend it to anyone. Great price and its does not look or feel cheap at all.
