Zip off sleeves with mesh under will be nice in the warmer weather. Lots of venting options that are easily accessible while riding.
Cons: The Dry-Tech lining is not a thermal liner for cold weather but hopefully keeps the rain out.

Additional Sizing Notes: I'm 6'2" and 170lbs, has lots of room in the stomach, but just a little tight in the arms with the liner in.
Not sure how convenient the included hydration system will be or how bulky it will feel when filled and placed in the pocket on the left side of the chest.
