• Please Note: All Spidi sale items are non-returnable. Quantities are limited and all items are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The Sport Composite utilizes the latest materials and designs in a sporty, yet affordable design. Variable density Penta knuckle protection, full padding on the back of the hand and side of the hand combine to protect the rider in the event of a crash.
Lighter padding on the palm and cowhide construction ensure comfort. Elastic wrist with Velcro cuff closure for a snug fit. Spidi's own "Super Fabric" is utilized in all potential friction areas for safety and long glove life.
Pros: Feel great, made to fit the curve of the grip. They feel very lightweight. Quality is good.
Cons: They seem to be pretty lightweight compared to Alpinestars gloves I have had. Appear to be handsewn and the accuracy is not great, the fingertips differ from fingertip to fingertip, some are too skinny and some too wide.
Sizing Info: Other
Additional Sizing Notes: Normally I wear a XL in Alpinestars, I got the Spidi's in an XL size. They fit well, but the palm area is a bit baggy. The thumbs are TOO long, a bit odd, haven't seen that in a glove before. Other then the thumbs being about 1/4" too long they fit well and it only bothers me when using the turn signals.
Overall, I am happy with the gloves, but even at this sale price I think there are better options out there. If they hold up well for longer then 6 months I will be very happy with them as that is the only problem I have really had with Alpinestars gloves.
