The Infrared Transmitter-Receiver Kit ( INFRARED KIT ) has unique features in its kind, indeed each Transmitter has a personal factory code which makes it different from the others, this makes absolutely safe the identification of your reference and voids the lap time being modified by other similar devices, it's not enough indeed "blind" the system for a few seconds after it has received the signal of a transmitter to void mistakes: for example, if while you are running the lap the first transmitter in the beginning of the pit wall is taken away for the respective driver has retired, going in the straight you'll receive the pulse of the first next transmitter within many meters of difference from the point where you started the lap; if arrives the usual late man, who, after the practice has started, goes in the beginning of the pits, going in the straight your chrono will show a lap time as fantastic as unreal. The same if you have a product with settable channels, you'll know only after losing a practice session that somebody else is working on your same channel. All this can not happen with Pole Star thanks to the code of beach transmitter. A team with many drivers or a group of friends with PoleSTAR can however put just one Transmitter in the pits thank to the automatic code keeping (like a car alarm). All the Receivers of the group will recognize the same STARLANE Transmitter but will be completely immune from other systems.
2) POLESTAR PRO-RT IS PROVIDED WITH A GRAPHIC DISPLAY:
as those in use on mobile phones. This solution allowed the development of incomparable semplicity and immediateness in the analysis of stored data and the setting of the desired functions.
3) TWO FUNCTIONS LED "BEST LAP":
the "BEST LAP " LED lights up on improvement in relation to the previous lap and flashes if the completed lap is the best of the session. This solution means the driver is given the performance information without being distracted.
4) 120 LAPS MEMORY WITH AUTOMATIC ADMINISTRATION OF 99 PRACTICE SESSIONS:
PoleSTAR PRO-RT automatically creates a new session each time you go on the track, so that you can quietly analyze the stored times of the different sessions also at the end of the day, without the need to erase the memory before going on track each time.
5) TACHOMETER WITH SETTABLE LED BAR AND SHIFT LIGHT:
PoleSTAR PRO-RT is not only a chrono but also a tachometer which has the possibility to set the preferred RPM value from which the LED bar will light up on improvement to the shift RPM value set that is indicated by the three high power blue LED of the Shift Light.
6) LONG RANGE INFRARED TRANSMITTER (ON THE PIT WALL):
PoleSTAR PRO-RT 's Infrared Transmitter has got a range of even 30 m and is powered by a normal PP3 9 V battery, positioned inside the Transmitter, which allows the extraordinary 15-hour life.
7) INPUT FOR OXYGEN SENSOR:
it's available for PoleSTAR PRO-RT the proper amplifier to connect the oxygen sensor and read the lambda value in mV or as lambda coefficient. More than on the display it is possible to analyze the carburetion in an immediate way through the LED bar that lights up in different ways as the carburetion is lean, rich or correct.
8) INPUT FOR THERMOCOUPLE K:
if connected to the proper thermocouple sensor type K PoleSTAR PRO-Ox is also a gauge for the exhaust temperature or any other temperature value you want to acquire.
9) STORAGE OF MAXIMUM VALUES:
PoleSTAR PRO-RT automatically stores the maximum values aquired for H2O temperature, thermocouple K, RPM and speed. It also stores, for a better set up of your vehicle, the value acquired by each sensor at the instant of maximum speed.
10) WATER RESISTANT:
PoleSTAR PRO-RT's parts that are mounted on the vehicle are water resistant so it is possible to wash it without the need to uninstall the system.
