Pros: In Southern Arizona we don't often need a waterproof boot, but a vented boot that still offers superior protection can be hard to find. Everybody makes waterproof boots, but try and find a full length vented boot intended for hot weather riding!!! These boots are what you want to wear for hot conditions. I've worn mine for over a year now, about 14K miles, and cannot say enough about how much I like them. They are extremely comfortable, keep my feet cool in 110 degree heat, and fit like a glove. They fit better than my tennis shoes. I change to a different boot during rainy season, but always look forward to changing back to these.
Cons: I wish they had a harder sole material....but this is a very small complaint.

TCX Air Tech XCR Touring Boots

Pros: Florida can be quite warm during the summer. Staying protected and staying cool is a struggle. These boots appear to be the answer for me. I can definitely tell they are breathing. I have had one rain experience (one hour or so) and there were no problems. The sole is grippy, and there are to be no structural defects.
Cons: The zipper is a little sticky...no big deal.
Sizing Info: Fits true to size
Additional Sizing Notes: Seems to fit true to size
Comments: This purchase appears to be a step in the right direction for me...keeping my feet cool, dry and safe.
