Pros: I tried on several pairs of boots at the local stores representing the most popular brands and did not find any I really liked. Based on positive reviews I have read I decided to order the TCX matrix 2 boots. So far their great. Good fit, comfortable off the bike, not too hot in the summer and much better feel for the controls than my previous boots.

Pros: Proved to be waterproof and comfortable from the start. The waterproofness was the key to my satisfaction given the Florida Thunderstorms that can cause street flooding within 10 minutes! Nice looking enough to wear into the office and pants fit over easily.
Cons: A little tight around the calf at the end of a 600 mile day. Slightly taller might have been nice but protection is very adequate for street/touring use.

Pros: Great quality. Very supple. Truely waterproof. Extremely comfortable, unlike, say, the Tourmaster Solution WP which is a terrible imposter. You could walk around all day in these boots, which is really saying something for motorcycle boots.
Cons: Really hard to find anything here. Maybe that I hear the boots can't be re-soled, and that the sole wears fairly quickly. Not sure if that's true, but it would be a downside. I'll have to wait & see.

Additional Sizing Notes: Maybe fits a smidge large. I normally take a sz 13 shoe, but found the sz 12.5 boot to be the best for me. It is a little looser around the heel that I'd like, but the next size down (12) was much too crowded around the front of my foot even though my heel was nicely captured. With thicker socks, like hiking socks, these things are right on the money. (I'd say that I have a "normal" width for my foot's length).

Pros: Very nice construction, GorTex, wide enough culf to tuck in motorcycle pants (only boot I found that I could do this at a reasonable price) Can wear all day at work as is really comfy.
Cons: Have to break-in a bit, sole a bit slippery out of the box but both after a week are great!

Additional Sizing Notes: I wear a 9.5 shoe and bought a 42..fits great
