This boot arrived faster than expected. It seemed like a great boot, made well, nice to look at, etc. The boots run very big. They seemed to run at least a full size bigger. And the tops seems to run small. My boots were too big in the feet and too snug in the calf. No way around that, I had to return them. I was disspointed...since I love the boots. Since they didn't have another ladies boot style that I liked, I had to simply return them for a refund and was charged a restocking fee of almost $30. My fault really for not reading the fine print before my purchase but I have never experienced this with any other company...and that is saying a lot since MOST of my shopping these days is done online. They must do such good business that they don't need to worry about returning customers. I will never shop with them again, period.

Pros: With inner sole, good fit. Very comfortable, Good protection. Great for walking. Looks good.
Cons: Wider than expected for a woman's boot. Without an inner sole, it would be a problem for my B width foot.
