Pros: It seems to be very well constructed. No shortcuts taken. No loose threads, nothing that says "cheap" whatsoever. Most textile jackets my friends have that have armor really show that they're armored because of that "Mad Max" look, but this jacket hides it well. It's well ventilated with a long vent along the upper back and lower back vents( aka. fanny pack). I just use the lower vents all the time, even in 5 degree celcius temperatures, to let the air escape that tries to balloon up the jacket (because it's slightly too large). I haven't tried the front vents yet because it's currently fall temperatures. This jacket has kept me warm with only a light sweater on at just above freezing temperatures.
Cons: Another button to snap the collar snap onto, but a few inches farther to the right of the one that's there now, would take up the slack I am getting in the neck area. I think I will take it to a seamstress to have a button snap added. It is the only part of the jacket that is not adjustable.
Sizing Info: Other
Additional Sizing Notes: I think I may have gotten a better fit with a medium but I will keep the large. It's only a little bit too big around the upper chest and neck opening. Everywhere else on the jacket is adjustable to fit me.
