Pros: These gloves come with everything you need to be riding with heated gloves without additional purchases of contollers, cables, etc.
Cons: You do have to take the controller out of its little vinyl pouch to take the right glove off, which is a pain when stopping and starting alot. I'm also not sure how long the little vinyl pouch will last with this going on but it's not a big concern.
Sizing Info: Fits true to size
Additional Sizing Notes: Not a full size smaller, just designed to be snug. I sometimes wear a medium glove, sometimes a large, after a couple of wearings the mediums fit great.
For the money you would be hard pressed to find a better heated glove. It has just gotten cold enough to need heated gloves here in north Georgia so I've only used these a couple of times with them connected. Once it was in the low 40's and I rode about 25 miles with the gloves on medium for the first 15, then I switched them to high and could really feel the heat on the back of my hands. The next time was in the mid 30's and I ran them on high the whole way, so much better than your hands being the first to go numb. They also work well without being hooked up for short distances when the temperature is in the 40's.

Pros: Very impressed with just how hot these things get. 3 Settings Lo-Med-Hi easy to change those settings on the go. Slightly on the bulky side but in no way limiting control of the bike. Piece of cake install took me less than 10 minutes. Couldn't be more happy.
