    Great three-season jacket |
By Bren Bailey from Clemmons, NC on 05/26/2008
Pros: This jacket provides protection and comfort up to about 80 degrees. Of course, it would provide protection above that temperature; however, most riders would be uncomfortably warm, even with its vents. Speaking of which, the "scoop" venting system worked much better than I expected, ballooning against the wind and filling the jacket with swirling air. I wish my helmet vents worked this well! I haven't tried the jacket in the cold yet, but I would expect comfort down into the low 40s, at least, with the zip-out full lining. I have also not tried it in the rain.
Cons: None.
Sizing Info: Fits true to size
The tight weave of the outer jacket and its three-quarter length provide superior wind protection. But, zip open the vents and cooling air abounds. The jacket's light silver color helps deflect the sun and makes the rider more visible. There are more pockets than I have stuff to put in them and the inner cell phone pouch is very handy. In addition to its functionality, I also appreciated the jacket's conservative styling. Overall, I can't think of a way to improve this product.
