Pros: Lightweight, very easy to install (of course), excellent-quality construction & design.

Cons: Nothing.

The combination of this new sprocket with a new chain & new front sprocket (also Vortex) resulted in a much more freely-rotating unweighted rear wheel, as well as a slight reduction in noise.
