Pros: Playing with the gearing on your bike can be tricky, but Vortex has you covered. Their web site is informative and has charts to help you if you are mathematically numb. Kneedraggers has the best price on the net for these things. Nearly half the price of all the other sites out there.

Cons: More finishes should be available.
