Cons: They are the perfect height to bash your knees
I low sided my Yamaha R6 when I went through a dirty corner too aggressively but because I had these pucks I only had minor damage on my bike. Small scratch on handle end and larger scratches on the lower fairing and tail section. The exhaust had larger road rash but nothing that would affect the performance. These are a MUST for anyone who values their motorcycle. If you haven't fallen, you will.

Pros: Probably the best solution;save wear and tear on the aluminum head threads if you want or need to change the pucks.Same size mounting bolt,too-the "mechanic" who installed the previous sliders put the long bolt on the left-just great-slight crack in the blind drill!

Pros: Great product from a great company. I like the fact you can replace just the plastic along with the outer nut and not take the engine mounting bolt loose again.

Pros: Great protection. It did its job. My fairings were untouched during a recent drop.
Cons: You will have to cut your fairing to install the base.
