Pros: All the padding seems to sit in the right spots. Shoulders don't move around, but the elbows could probably be an inch or two higher in the arm. This could be fixed just by tightening the arm straps on the jacket though so its not that big of a deal. The arm straps help with fitting, letting you tighten it on your arms so they aren't baggy. Feels great with or without the liner and the neck is comfortable. Great ventilation, air just runs right through it.
Cons: Rides a little high on the waist, that might be part of its "sport fit".
