The scala-rider™ headset is a great-looking enhancement to your bike-helmet
As
your first step towards using your new scala-rider™ headset you should
fully charge the headset. Please connect the enclosed wall-charger to
the headset unit, and let the unit charge for at least 4 hours or
longer (no risk of overcharging). In the future 2.5 hours will suffice
for a full charge.
| First take the Clamp-Mike-Speaker unit out of the retail box (without the headset) |  |
| Place the speaker at the appropriate spot on ear-level and adjust if necessary |  |
| Slide the clamp between the internal padding and external shell of the helmet |  |
This part of the clamp slides between the internal padding of the helmet and the external shell |  |
| Use the enclosed Allen-Wrench to attach the clamp for a safe grip |  |
| Once you are done attaching the Clamp/Microphone/Speaker unit to your helmet, you should undertake the pairing procedure. By pairing you establish the connection between your mobile phone and your scala-rider™ Headset. This process needs to be done only once and is a prerequisite for using your headset. | |
| Now that you have attached the Clamp / Speaker / Microphone unit to the helmet and pairing has been completed, you are ready to take the final step... | |
| Disconnect the headset from the electrical outlet, and slide it into the track. |  |
| ...and enjoy the ride. |  |
