A. KneeDraggers.com can ship to virtually any address in the world, however we have specific instructions and requirements to complete an international sale. The information regarding international orders can be found below.

Please note: All KneeDraggers.com international orders are subject to an additional $10.00 processing fee.

Q. Who does KneeDraggers.com use to ship internationally?

A. All international shipments from KneeDraggers.com are via USPS International or UPS Worldwide. The customer chooses which service to use in the second step of the checkout process (shipping calculation).

Q. Why does UPS Worldwide cost so much more than USPS International?

A. Quite simply: they're better. You get what you pay for. UPS's logistics, service and speed is much better than the USPS.

UPS Worldwide takes only a few days from door to door.
UPS Worldwide provides trackable shipments. You know where your package is at all times.
In the case of a lost or stolen order, UPS resolves cases within a few weeks. The USPS's average resolution time for a lost or stolen international package is approximately 6 to 8 months.

Q. What form of currency is accepted at KneeDraggers.com?

A. USD only. All prices are in US Dollars. Conversions can be found here.

Q. What are my international payment options at KneeDraggers.com?

Due to a number of factors, KneeDraggers.com has taken the following preventative measures to mitigate the risks associated with international fraudulent orders and chargebacks. Keep in mind that all international orders are hand screened, and we may need to contact you to verify some information. Thank you for understanding, as we look forward to doing business with our international customers!

1. IF YOU ARE A FIRST TIME INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER:

We place a 60 day/$500.00 limit on your spending. You can pay via credit card or PayPal, however during the first sixty days, the total of your orders cannot exceed $500.00 USD.

For example: you pay for a $250 order on January 1st using a Visa card, and then on February 1st, you pay for another $250 order with a PayPal account or a different credit card. You have now reached your 60 day spending limit and cannot place another international order until 60 days from the date of the first transaction has passed, which would be March 1st. If you absolutely need to place an order over $500 within your first sixty days, your only option is #3, a wire transfer.

2. IF YOU HAVE PLACED ORDERS WITH US BEFORE:

If your order total is MORE than $500, and you have a VERIFIABLE ORDER HISTORY* with us, you can pay via Credit Card or PayPal.

*Verifiable Order History Defined: You have placed an order at KneeDraggers.com using the same credit card/PayPal account and same shipping/billing address that is older than 60 days, and you are now using the same credit card and shipping/billing address for the order you wish to place today. If you are using a different credit card number or PayPal account, it will be treated as a first time order. Please see condition #1 above.

3. IF YOUR ORDER TOTAL IS MORE than $500 and you HAVE NOT placed an order with us before:

Your only payment option is a Wire Transfer.

Wire Transfer Notes: International wire-transfers usually take about 5-7 business days to process. This method is the most secure option for you and allows us to ship immediately after wire confirmation.

PayPal Notes: We require a confirmed shipping address for security purposes. PayPal payments should be made immediately after placing your order. A link from our website to PayPal's site will be provided after checking out.

Canuck Note: Shipping to Canada is not considered an international order and does not require a wire transfer.

Q. What about bank wire transfer fees?

A. Sending a payment by wire transfer will always involve additional fees. Luckily, they're usually not that much. Expect to spend an average of $20 extra dollars to transfer money to the United States (depending on your bank's fees) via an international wire transfer.

Your financial institution will charge you for sending money via wire transfer. In most cases, it is usually a $8-$10 fee, but can be higher for some banks. You are responsible for paying this fee. In addition to the fee charged by your bank, KneeDraggers.com international orders are subject to an additional $10.00 processing fee.

Q. What about International Taxes and Tariffs?

A. Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be required to pay these fees to the courier, as applicable, upon delivery. Please consult your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. KneeDraggers is not responsible for any applicable taxes, tariffs, fees, brokerage charges, customs charges, or any other charge that may arise due to an international shipment.

Q. What is your Bank Wire-Transfer Information?

A. To start a wire transfer, consult your bank and ask to initiate a wire transfer to KneeDraggers.com.

Be sure to ask your bank about any additional charges that may be involved with a wire transfer. International wire-transfers usually take about 5-7 business days to process. This method is the most secure option for you and allows us to process your order immediately after wire confirmation.
