Out of Stock/Backorders are handled on a half down, half on completion basis. If you agree to a backorder, we will charge half the cost of the item as a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be retained as in store credit in the event of a backorder cancellation.

If the color and/or size you want is not listed in the ‘Options’ drop-down menu on the Product Detail page, it's not available at this time.

It could be the case that a color or model pictured on our site is not actually in stock, or has been discontinued. To check, look for the color/size under ‘Options’, and if it is not listed, it means we are temporarily out of stock. You should check back later or contact our Customer Service department to determine when and if we will receive more.

If we are out of a particular color/size of sale item, bear in mind that often products are on sale because we are almost out of them or the season has changed, and we won't be carrying any more until next year.

If we are temporarily out of a product, you can place a backorder with our Customer Service department, and we will ship it to you as soon as it arrives.
