Customer satisfaction is #1 at KneeDraggers.com, so if an apparel item does not fit properly, we will gladly exchange the wrong size for the right size.

Simply login to your account area, and submit an online request to get an RMA number for your return. (Additional instructions for submitting an online RMA request can be found by clicking here). It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping of the returned item back to KneeDraggers.com, except on Arai helmets.

Upon arrival and inspection of the old item, KneeDraggers.com will promptly ship your new item back to you for free.  

Please note, all merchandise exchanged must be in its original, new, unused, unworn condition and must include all original undamaged packaging and instructions as well as all tags, protective covers, and other items that may have been attached to the merchandise. Failure to follow these instructions may result in additional charges and/or refusal of your return.  Additionally, our risk free apparel exchange does not include closeout items. Risk free apparel exchange is only available in the 48 Continental United States.

Free shipping for international exchanges including APO/FPO addresses does not apply.

NOTE: This policy applies only to exchanges for size. For example, if you bought a leather jacket, and now want to return it for an exhaust pipe, you will be subject to the usual exchange policy. Only the first exchange is free.
