Initiating a Return at KneeDraggers.com:

All returns are handled online via your user account. If you’d like to return or exchange an item with us, please take the following steps:

  1. Please read our return policy fully.
  2. Login to your KneeDraggers.com user account.
  3. Click on the left hand menu item titled “Returns/Exchanges”.
  4. Select the order from the list that contains the items you’d like to return.
  5. Follow the step by step instructions to request an RMA number.
  6. Once you receive your RMA number, re-pack your item(s) into a sturdy box. It’s a good idea to use the original box and packing material that KneeDraggers.com shipped your item in. (Please do not ship any items back in the manufacturer’s packaging. This is a recipe for disaster and will most certainly damage your returned items in transit).
  7. Write your RMA number in large black letters in a visible location on the outside of the box.
  8. Drop off your package at an authorized UPS shipping center and have them send it to:

Tips, notes and reminders about returns:
First and foremost - Don't remove the tags from apparel items until you've tried them on. To receive a full refund of the purchase price, you will need to be sure to include the original manufacturer's packaging in the same condition as sold including:
  • Any accessories that came with the item
  • Instruction manuals
  • Attached tags

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping of the returned or exchanged item back to KneeDraggers.com. Returns and exchanges sent COD will be refused.

Never ship an item in its original manufacturers packaging - it will arrive damaged. Please use a postal box or other adequate packaging to ensure your return or exchange is not damaged on the way back to KneeDraggers.com.

We are not responsible for goods we receive that are damaged. These damaged goods become the property of the buyer if not shipped properly, and you may be charged to send them back. For this reason, we highly recommend insuring your returned items via UPS.

We are not responsible for personal items left in returned or exchanged merchandise.
