To return or exchange an item, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#)No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RMA number. RMA requests can be generated via your online account area. Packages sent to us without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused.

To request your RMA number, please follow these instructions:

1. Login to your account area by opening the following link in Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox: https://secure.kneedraggers.com/user/

2. After successfully logging in to your account, click on the “Returns/Exchanges” link in the left hand menu. This will display all the orders you have placed with KneeDraggers.com

3. Orders with items that are eligible for returns or exchanges will be marked with a tan colored button labeled "Request RMA". To start an RMA request, simply click on the button and follow the step by step instructions. Orders that have passed the cutoff date for returns/exchanges (20 days from ship date) or orders that are not eligible for returns/exchanges will be marked with a gray button labeled "Ineligible/Expired".

4. After submitting your RMA request online, please allow 1-2 business days for us to review your request. You will receive an email notifying you if your RMA request was either approved or denied. If your request is approved, the email will contain your RMA number and important instructions about how to ship your item(s) back to KneeDraggers.com.
