When To Expect Your Order?
When do you ship?Every business day. We'll normally ship your order within 24-36 hours if the items are in stock, and it's not Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday. Standard Shipping:Standard Shipping is the most economical shipping we offer. Customers who want to save money on shipping costs with "non time-sensitive orders" should choose Standard Shipping. The average delivery time for orders shipped using this method is 3-10 business days (subject to item availability). When you select "Standard Shipping" as your shipping method, KneeDraggers may be aggregate your items into one box or your order may be shipped in several boxes from different carriers and locations. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders as soon as the order ships, and you'll always be able to login and check your order status, shipping status and tracking numbers right on our website. What if I want to get my items faster?You can select a different shipping speed by clicking the radio button next to that option on the order form. Note that changing your shipping speed to a faster method will not change the estimated shipping date, but your estimated delivery date should improve (subject to item availability). Express Shipping:Express Shipping is the fastest method of shipping we offer. Customers who need their items as quickly as possible should choose this option. The average delivery time for orders shipped using this method is within 1-3 business days (subject to item availability). When you select "Express Shipping" as your shipping method, KneeDraggers will choose the fastest method of shipping for your order. This will usually include drop-shipping items directly from the closest warehouse to you. For this reason, your order may arrive in several boxes from different carriers. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders as soon as the order ships, and you'll always be able to login and check your order status, shipping status and tracking numbers right on our website. What if I want to get my items even faster?If you absolutely need your items by a certain date, such as the weekend or an upcoming track day, please choose express shipping and let us know your delivery deadline in the special notes section of the cart. We will do our best to get your gear to you in time. In most situations, Overnight and/or Saturday delivery can be arranged for an additional cost. A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING TERMS/PASSAGE OF TITLE:All items purchased from Kneedraggers.com are made pursuant to a contract. If you pay for shipping, then shipping terms are FOB Destination, Freight Collect. If you do not pay for shipping, then shipping terms are FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid. In both cases, and if you pick up your merchandise at our retail location, the title for such merchandise passes to you upon your receipt of the goods, whether received from common carrier or by in-store pick up.
