KneeDraggers.com is based in Delaware, which has no sales tax. No sales tax is collected on purchases from KneeDraggers, unless the following "Drop Ship Tax" situation applies.

The "Drop Ship Tax"

Some of our distributors maintain warehouses in the states listed below, and therefore must collect the applicable sales tax when items are drop shipped within the same state.

If you purchase items from any of the manufacturers in the table below and have them drop shipped to the same state where the manufacturer is located, you will be charged the appropriate sales tax.

Confusing, right? An example to simplify what we're trying to say would be:

"You order a set of Sharkskinz bodywork, and have it drop shipped from the Sharkskinz warehouse to a location in Florida. Since Sharkskinz operates their business in Florida, and you are having the item(s) drop shipped to Florida, you are subject to 7% Florida sales tax."

It is important to note that sales tax will only be collected for drop shipments within the same state. Tax will not be charged if an item is first shipped to KneeDraggers.com, and then shipped out to it's final destination.
