Checking Order Status:
If you have placed an order with KneeDraggers.com, you can check the current status of your order by entering your order number and email address on our Order Status page.

Tracking Packages:
To help you track the status of your shipment, we will include an order tracking number (Federal Express or United Parcel Service) or a delivery confirmation number (United States Postal Service). On the Order Status page, you can check the status of your delivery by clicking directly on the Tracking Number.

If you have your tracking number, you can also check on the status of your delivery by visiting FedEx, United Parcel Service or US Postal Service directly. Google.com also supports package tracking by typing your tracking number directly into the search field.

If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, consider the following:

• Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to processing.
• Orders for in-stock items placed by 4pm EST will usually ship the same day.
• Orders are processed daily, Monday thru Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
