There are products on our website for which KneeDraggers' price is not present, but an MSRP is. The reason for this is M.A.P., or Minimum Advertised Pricing.
Minimum Advertised Pricing (M.A.P.) involves voluntary agreements that a retailer enters into with a supplier or manufacturer. According to these agreements, the retailer can sell an item for any price it wishes, but may not advertise the item for an amount less than a certain price. These agreements vary in detail among companies, but all are made with the intent of leveling the playing field between both the small retailer and the giant retail chain.
At KneeDraggers, we abide by our M.A.P. agreements, but we want to make it as easy as possible for you, our customer, to get the best price possible on products that are covered by a M.A.P. policy. When there is a cheaper price at which we can sell these products, we will. Since we're unable to advertise the selling price of a product covered by a M.A.P. policy, the customer must initiate a purchase before our actual selling price is known. Don't worry though, if you decide at any time that you don't want the product you've selected, just like every other store on the planet you can always put it back on the shelf by removing it from your cart.
